More Success With Proper Preparation

I have been defending drivers around the country over the last month so apologise for my lack of posts. One point that defendants must remember is that  the courts expect a plea to be entered at the first appearance. It is vital that your case is prepared properly from the outset so that we can enter the correct plea. The plea may be guilty but with what lawyers call “special reasons” or a simple not guilty plea but proper preparation means that money can be saved and so, we hope, can your licence. Remember I was a Senior Crown Prosecutor and with me you get to go straight to an experienced barrister, bypassing solicitors. Even if your case is tomorrow, ring me. I may be free and able to represent you at your hearing. Look forward to your call.
