Saving The Licence Of Probationary Drivers

I represented a young teenage driver today who was at risk of having his licence revoked. He had a history of poor driving and under the probationary driver scheme new drivers who accumulate six or more points within two years of passing their test must have their licence revoked and must retake their driving test with the expense and inordinate hassle that entails. His parents instructed me and with good, sensible mitigation clearly explaining to the Court the background to his offending we were able to avoid this young man receiving six points and revocation. Needless to say this foolish man has learnt a lesson from this experience.  Ring me or email me and see how I can assist your children from losing their licences.

As Schiller the German writer once said ” Against stupidity the gods themselves contend.”
