I have been working throughout the country this week including a case in Salisbury on Friday where I represented a delightful young man in the Territorial Army on a charge of failing to provide a specimen. The courts place great emphasis on the sentencing guidelines and through my assistance I was able to successfully mitigate for this soldier and ensure he maintained his army career.
